Just working on the consortium agreement which I hope to be able to send to the parties later today. Evidence from other project consortiums indicate that it can take a while to get this approved with all members.
Looking forward to a catchup meeting this afternoon with Gabi Witthaus who was Project Manager of the Leicester OTTER project and is currently working on OSTRICH. I’m sure that Gabi will have loads of tips for TIGER development based on her previous experiences. (Thanks Gabi for the offer of assistance !)
