Yesterday, Rob Howe and Ali Ewing presented two sessions at The University of Northampton International Conference of Global Learning.
The first session was a paper presentation talking about the way in which Northampton was working with tutors to think differently about the course design process. TIGER was mentioned as this is meaning that staff consider openness at an earlier stage of the development process.
The second session was a longer workshop which allowed attendees to explore open materials, and reflect on these for their own use. Ali and I used the experiences of TIGER to explain the process of materials becomming OERs.
